Debuting under our grey "experimental" label since this is the first year we have done a cuvée or a Syrah, as well as the first year we worked with Boushey Vineyards.

Sparkling rosé. Traditional Method. Sustainable WA. 

With this latest bottle, find notes of apricot nectar, white blossom, raspberry purée and clementine, finishing with a slight hint of shortbread and toasted almond.

Tiny, fine bubbles, resulting in a lively, fruity palate and a desire for one more sip.

We will be pairing this with sushi, chicken and waffles, any and all grazing meat/cheese boards, popcorn and nachos! aromas of red berries, pomegranate, rose petal and citrus. Bubbly balance of acidity and creamy texture. Bright, beautiful finish.

Béton: French for concrete. A stunning, crystal clear white wine that was aged and fermented in a Diamante concrete tank.. Crisp, bright, mineral, aromatic (cities, floral, tropical) Rhône white blend: 52% Grenache Blanc, 45% Roussanne, 3% Marsanne

Elephant Mountain Vineyard.

You’ll find a medium ruby hue in this beautifully aromatic red wine. Notes of dried fig, ripe plum, tamarind and bourbon cherry. The texture is like a smooth, circular dance, ending with a spicy finish (pepper jelly/cayenne pepper). Aged in neutral French oak puncheons to soften the palate. 200 cases produced. $45 retail/$36 club

Cabernet Sauvignon. Bright and vibrant red fruit is complemented by plentiful, structured tannins, giving this wine great aging potential.
