Custom Label Program

Make your next celebration unforgettable!

Whether you are looking for corporate/client gifts or to create a one of a kind bottle for those special celebrations like weddings, anniversaries, or big birthdays - a customized wine label is always the perfect touch.

We also work with nonprofits for galas and fundraisers!

Requirements

A four case minimum (48 bottles) is required for any custom label project.

A minimum of 2 months lead time is required from order to delivery.

Available Wines and Pricing

We currently have a limited selection of wines available for custom labels.

  • 2022 Red Blend - Price/bottle: Retail $28, Club $22.50, Wholesale $17

  • NV Sparkling Rosé - Price/bottle: Retail $40, Club $32, Wholesale: $28

Custom Label Pricing

Setup fee

$75 - For each type of wine to be custom labeled

Per bottle costs

Price of the selected wine bottle (see available wine list above) + $5 per custom label
e.g. For wholesale partners customizing the 2022 Red Blend, custom labeled bottles would be $17+$5 = $22 per bottle

Volume discounts

Order 8+ cases and receive 10% off the per bottle costs.

Receiving finished bottles

Please allow a minimum of 6 weeks from the time we receive your final artwork. 

Finished bottles may be picked up at our Yakima Valley or Ellensburg location.

Shipping costs additional, if required.

What’s Not Included

Graphic design work is an additional charge.

We recommend you work with a graphic designer to design, format, and deliver the creative assets to the proper specifications.

Need an artist/graphic designer? We highly recommend Erin Oostra. We’ve worked with her on a numerous custom labels so this would help ensure a beautiful and seamless process. Erin is available to work with you on your graphic design or you may select one of her original art pieces to transform to a bottle. Custom label art creation and graphic design work is an additional charge. Alternatively, you may provide your own label design as long as it complies with the artwork specifications below.

Label Artwork Specifications

  • Front label 3.5"x3.5" (sparkling) or 3.7"x3.7" (red blend)

  • Back label 3.5"x3.5" (sparkling) or 3.7"x3.7" (red blend)

  • For the message on the back of the bottle

    • 15 lines (including blanks) with about 45 characters per line.

    • The following info is required and will remain on custom labeled bottles.

      • Fortuity logo

      • Government warning

      • Wine varietal and vineyard info
